Newly Remodeled in February 2023!! We can help you customize your perfect gathering event for up to 75 people! Right here in Eureka! We do require a $150.00 deposit to hold your spot that you will get back after your event.

Evening Rental (up to 5 hours)

$325.00

Our venue rental includes 8- 8-top round tables, catering tables, chairs, kitchen prep space with refrigerator, catering warming box, microwave and coffee pot.

Work-Day Rental Special (up to 3 hours)

$125.00

Monday thru Thursday. Looking for a spot to host a work meeting or club gathering? We have you covered. 

Electronic Equipment Rental

HD projector, 100" pull down projector screen, 500 watt PA system with microphone and bluetooth capability

Speaker System

+$50.00

You need some tunes?  No problem! 500 watt bluetooth speaker with party lights available for rental.

Table Linen Rental

Black 90" round and 6' rectangle table linens available for rental

Table Cover Purchase

+$3.50ea.

90" round disposable table covers available for purchase (white, black, pink or baby blue) 6'rectangle buffet table covers only available in black.

Alcohol?

  Persons 21 years and older may enter into this agreement and include alcohol on the premises, provided there is compliance with all laws. This person is the responsible party and must control the consumption of alcohol by all guests. The renter is responsible for compliance with all liquor regulations and City ordinances. We do have licensed bartenders and caterers we can recommend. No alcohol sales without the proper licenses from the State of Missouri and City of Eureka are permitted. Graze Catering does offer a full-service bartender. 636-303-7030 and STL Bartenders To Go 314-733-5577

Do we cater?

We do not personally cater, but we do have a few we recommend.

Which caters do you recommend?

Camila's Tex Mex  636-549-9034 (menu available in photos), Graze Catering located in Pacific, MO 636-303-7030, Vilcek Catering 314-707-2330, and Sarah's on Central located in Old Town Eureka, MO.

Can we bring our own food?

Of course! We've had people bring Super Smokers, Camilas, Joe Boccardis, Sushi Ai and even home-made dishes!

What can we rent it for?

Just about any event! Baby showers, Bridal showers, Birthday parties, Rehearsal dinners, Business meetings, Retirement parties, Award ceremonies, Smaller Weddings, etc.

If I bring my kiddos...

We do offer cable TV at no additional charge to keep the kiddos occupied during your event.

Bathrooms?

There are two handicap accessible bathrooms located in the event space.
